So this arrived earlier in the week - picked it up from the classifieds. Didn’t have a chance to unbox and plug it in until this morning. My goodness it sounds awesome! I’ll never have trouble seeing on the pedal board either.

MORE with an expression pedal, is it possible?

Or maybe just a volume pedal that has the tube in the chassis?

Would be cool to be able to adjust volume on the fly.

@One Two @Sushi Box FX pedals take a few seconds to get up to operation, 10 - 30 normally. Once they are powered up the tube circuit is always active so stay warm, the bypass just switches the signal path.

This doesn't have anything directly to do with my pedals, but I feel the need to tell everyone that my band just released our new EP today

If you're in the Chicago area we'll be playing at Montrose Saloon tomorrow (Saturday) night, come say hi and I'll give you a pedal or something. I don't know.

Anyway, check out our music both guitarists regularly use Sushi Box pedals, and while the bassist is a bass-straight-into-amp guy live, he did use a preamp for recording.

Jokes aside, I'm really curious to hear his experience. First of all because he has a Noble which is not too dissimilar in featureset. But mostly because I like the way he approaches tone. Hopefully we find out soon what the verdict is.

I don't keep HW builds in stock, but I take custom orders all the time Custom Shop Order – Sushi Box FX

Since I've started offering in-stock pedals the number of custom orders has dropped significantly, so the lead time has dropped significantly below what is advertised on the website, usually 1-2 weeks. On custom SMD builds like More the lead time has averaged a week or less (for the past few months at least).

Yup, exactly that.

Is the input impedence 5.6Mohm?
Is so, is there a pre-order I can be at the front of the line for?

Input impedance of Grand Slampegg is indeed 5.6Mohm, but I don't want to open a pre-order until I have more feedback from testers and a more firm idea what the pedal is going to look like. If you want to shoot me your email address via pm or email I would be happy to email you when I'm ready to start offering it, but I'm not comfortable taking money for something that doesn't yet exist in its final form.

Our companies sale's team very often have sold new modules/functionality that hasn't even been developed yet!

Love the Sushi Chef's business morality, it's a rarity these days.

Yup, I've started moving the SMD builds over to the same voltage as HW. Currently the following SMD builds are running 350V rails:

• Finally
• Underground Accelerator
• Elementary
• Detective
• Slampegg Bee Pre

That's also probably a contributing factor for less HW builds lately.
