Just curious where are you guys in the states getting your markbass gear? I'm really interested in a LMII head and would like to try one out if possible. also how much is a LMII selling for in the US?

Got mine from the Hollywood GC. They never have the LM II's on the floor just other MB gear. But ask for one and they will bring a sealed box from the back room.

Tom! What would your wife think? ;) :p

Just because I would love to try something out, doesn't mean I am foolish enough to actually DO it! :p

And besides, I was just kidding. Really, honey, I was just kidding!

And are you still trying to justify a MB purchase? ;)

No, I am just trying to figure out how many to buy. :D

Judging by the position of the sun, the time of year, and the weather outside, I'd say one of everything. Doesn't Bass Guitar need a review on the MB line after all? :ninja: ;) :D

My only issue is I get the radio over the amp - never has happened to any other piece of equipment and it has happend in several locations. I wonder if it has to do with electrical specs in Italy versus US??? I will try the ground lift switch to try to cancel it now that I think about it. But, other than that this is an amazing piece of gear.

I've had this problem before with other amps and have found a cheap and easy solution. PM me if you're interested in the details.

I'm looking into getting their little 12" combo but I'm worried it won't have enough low-end. Will it? I don't need overpowering booming low end, but I play 5 strings primarily and the hz get pretty tiny.

Haven't played my 12'' with a 5, but the low end is quite pronounced and defined. Even with the gain/master cranked to noon(pretty freaking loud), no sign of break up from my E. Anyone try it with their 5?
