I finally got to play a Valenti at the STL GTG. It was Chef's P/J 5. I was very impressed with the fit and finish. I could definitely see the Sadowsky influence. It was comfortable and sounded great. Nino's work certainly strikes me as competitive with others in the boutique "parts bass" category. If I were on the market, I would certainly consider one.

That quilted top is stunning. I usually don't like clear pickguards, but it really works on that bass.
