I thought about Oly, but this is going to be a gigging bass from day one and I though the black would hide the inevitable scars better. Plus my main bass is a Lakland JO5 in black-they'll make a nice pair.

That just screams awesome gigging bass. Nice black suit that can go anywhere and fit perfectly. Congrats dude!

Here are a couple more pics. I slipped on the bandsaw and put a nice decorative slice in the pg. Of course, I had no more material left so I continued with a Tort pg I had from an older build.

and the full shot. I should receive the new BWB material tomorrow afternoon (Tuesday). Hopefully, I receive it nice and early. The bass should be completed Thursday the latest.
