I really need to try a Skjold. They sound like such powerful instruments!

I love my skjold, its the most comfortable bass i've ever played. the sound is killer as well, it can sit nicely in the mix or rip through it :bassist:

after my bongo sells i'm strongly considering a valenti or lakland or used sadowsky metro...but i'm leaning towards the valenti due to this thread =)
 
I thought I'd randomly comment on how awesome my Valenti is lol.

This bass feels and sounds like something that costs 4 times as much. It sits perfectly in every setting I've tried it in. Funk, Jazz, Soul, Rock, Metal, you name it. A knob twist here and there, and BOOM. Perfect tone. I LOVE THIS THING!!!! :bassist:
