1. Elden Ring has taken over my life. It took a bit to get into but once you do.... wow.
2. The music in Nier Automata is just phenomenal. I'm going to see a live performance of the soundtrack in Boston in a few months. Going to a video game music concert is something I NEVER thought I'd ever do. It's also a super fun and unique game. Worth checking out on both counts.

Now these days though I just play whenever I have time and it may be Genshin or Cities, oh and add Hades as well very fun game on my Steam Deck as well!
But I been playing some old 3ds games I have around. Been very into fashion video games.

I’m playing Resident Evil games. They do a good job at making you want to play with every character.
I felt weirdly compelled to fire up the 2015 Mad Max game yesterday. It had been awhile and I'm pretty deep in the campaign on this playthrough so I'm easing back in with exploration and wasteland activities. I still feel like the game is underrated and has one of the best implementations of Arkham-style freeflow combat.
I picked up Diablo on the Steam deck in the sale last month and looking forward to diving in this season. End of school year for both kids is eating up all my time and unfortunately haven't started it yet.
Switch and PS5 user. Replaying breath of the wild right now. Will do ocarina of time and majora’s mask at some point this summer as well.
And I'm very happily back into Fallout 76.
Spurred on by the recent Amazon TV series, I've given all the Fallout games a re-run, but I think 76 is where I'm staying for now...plenty to do and it suits my play-style nicely. I'll be roaming Appalachia at least until Star Wars Outlaws releases.

almost five years on and I still play Division 2 online with my good buddy practically every night. Best game I've ever played.
Submachine: Legacy
Submachine was a series of flash games created by artist Mateusz Skutnik. They are point-and-click escape room type games with hand-drawn graphics in a mysterious sci-fi setting. They pretty much introduced me to point-and-click games. Legacy collects all 10 of the main Submachine games with some extras and you can get it on Steam. I'm feeling pretty nostalgic, but I think I've played through all of the chapters I remember from when I was younger, so we'll see if I get stuck.

A little bit addicted to Project Zomboid again.
Found out one of my favorite visual novel games servers were shut down a year ago after taking a break... its hard to get into online games knowing they are at risk for that...
But Zomboid is fun!

You can handle most games yes.
Some games with Wi-Fi may have some odd issues like Guilty Gear. I was able to run Red Dead, Cyberpunk, Doom, Wolfenstein, Nioh 2 (Sacrifice a lot of graphics but play sooo great!!!) and Monster Hunter. Next going to test some Total War games on it.
Those are some of the demanding games I can run on it, also I have Elden Ring but have not tested it yet. I will warn though those games need some messing around and also had to turn off some low noise fan features to make them work, plus for my deck once it gets around 30% battery on those AAA games it gets laggy but if constantly plugged it, it is amazing truly.
Also it is fun you can play with a mouse and keyboard and plug to a monitor, I have travel ones so it is really fun. Valve is planning on making already a stronger Steam Deck so I look forward to that. As of now though it can handle a lot of games, just look into the specs and also look into Proton websites which all the games run off of, basically it is Linux and the games can run better I believe, you can attach a separate SD card to run windows, I did that to play Sims 4 off of my EA account. I look forward to the future of newer ones though to handle some Paradox games better like Cities Skylines or EU4, but some complex games like Civ and Project Zomboid work amazing on it!
But for indie games it is the best. Hades runs great, Persona all of them are soooo fun on deck feels like the Vita days, want to get some emulators working there as well on the Windows SD card, it is very moddable which makes it fun IMO! There is a whole section on Steam called great on deck, I can go on forever about it

Picked up Forza Horizon 5 last week. Xbox had it 50% off. Been having fun with it. It’s not the same feel as normal Forza, but not as video game arcade feeling as say Need For Speed. The maps are friggin huge. My oldest (6) has just recently gotten into Hot Wheels and the Hot Wheels map in game has been a pretty good source of conversation and exploration.
Mario Kart has most certainly gotten complicated since its inception. Still a fun party game, but my friends are merciless with it.
At some point I should probably just get a switch, methinks - maybe if/when the next thing comes along and the good consumers want to sell their old thing.

Switch is nothing more than the playing Nintendo exclusive games, which I rarely even get any except for Splatoon and Fashion Dreamer. Would love to get Mario Kart and other Mario games though... when the movie came out I am still so mad I missed out on the sales for all the games really great deals lol.
