There is a ghost in my room

I often feel like someone is blowing over my ear, or a sensation of sticking a feather into my ear.

I look around and is not a mosquito, a spiderweb, dust or some jerk messing up with me.

Sometimes my dog stares into empty space for no reason, I try to see what he is looking at, but there is nothing there.

Sometimes I see a shadow that moves, from the corner of my eye. I look around and there is nothing there.

Am I going nuts, or should I call the ghostbusters?

My wife swears our place is haunted.
She says that there is a guy that stands in our bedroom doorway and stares at us. Sometimes Ill be watching TV late at night and I see 'the shadow out of the corner of my eye' nicely matching the size and shape an adult would make. Which of course disappears when you look directly at it, and the room is all filled w jumping shadows from the TV, so I never know if its really there or just my imagination my wife has primed.
The house is certainly old enough for it if you believe in that stuff. If mine is really there, he seems benign enough. I think maybe the home improvement stuff may have stirred him up, but he approves of what is being done so he's all chillax.
That's what I tell myself.
Then I turn the lights on.

I lived in a "haunted" house in Connecticut. Always had the feeling someone was watching me when I was removing/placing my contacts. My ex-girlfriend's son's toy trucks, fire engines etc., would start making noise when we were all downstairs watching TV.

She once thought she heard her son crying and said "come here and give mom a hug" then something hugged her leg, she came in the room a few minutes later and told me about it. Middle of summer and her leg was as cold as if she had placed it in ice.

The ghost looked like a small boy, 3-5 years old. Saw it once, looked like a "reverse shadow" on the wall.

I don't believe "that's it" when people pass away. If that means I believe in ghosts, then fine. I've seen, felt, heard stuff I can't begin to explain.
That being said, there's probably a very reasonable explanation for what you're experiencing.

About a year ago, I was laying over at a motel near Rome, Ga. The motel itself was not that old. During the night, the bed shook as if someone bumped it while walking by. It was enough to wake me. It rattled me pretty good. I got out of bed, turned on all the lights to see what was in there with me!
