Hey, that is Ron Howard's brother Clint Howard who starred in Gentle Ben.

Yup sure was just him and a 650 lb black bear. Not sure any parents today are going to let there little kid work with a black bear.

Hey, that is Ron Howard's brother Clint Howard who starred in Gentle Ben.

I see that guy on TV now and then as an adult, always recognized him as 'the grown up Gentle Ben kid' - never realized he's Ron's brother, but the resemblance is clear.
