It's a boyscout neckerchief ring thingie that we used to whittle out of a block of wood. They came in a little craft kits. The one posted was the 3 finger boyscout salute, but I remember having others too that I couldn't find in a google search. I think the salute one was the easiest to carve. I had an indian head that was pretty cool. If anyone else could find any of these I'd be grateful. I don't even remember what ya called em.

There were also other crafts we did when we were in the cubscouts, but they may have been specific to my troupe and pack at the time. Couldn't find anything in a search.

In something unrelated, I realized something I never hear anymore....

People blasting their stereos. :)

Growing up, everybody, everywhere used to blast their stereos. Now you only hear it in cars. Everybody else is using headphones and earphones.
