I'm from the "Yosemite Sam" school of razzle-frazzling and find that such sounds usually alleviate whatever stress I'm experiencing.

My wife and I have also taken to blaming Bears for problems.

Not sure if the origin of this but it's very cathartic.

It's more fun if you're multilingual! Some of us in my hometown cuss by saying "steamed egg sponge cake" in Mandarin, with strategic emphasis on the syllable that sounds the same as "prostitute".
