I'm from Brooklyn NY. I just curse.
I work in a HS though, and when kids curse I continually try to get the kids to use other words, like:
Gee Willikers!
Golly!
Fiddle Sticks!
Dagnabbit!
And a few others I can't think of right now.
They don't listen to me.

This is one of my favs...along with "For Pete's sake!" These are often uttered in front of a family member or friend named Pete so I usually quickly follow up with "Sorry Pete..."
Also:
"For crying out loud!"
"God bless America!" followed by "Land that I love." with the latter being sung dramatically in the most over-the-top operatic voice I can muster.
"Jiminy Christmas!"
"Holy Schnikies!"
I'm a surgical technologists. One of the surgeons I work with has actually trained himself to say "Turkey" in place of all cuss words. It's actually pretty funny at times
I either curse or skip that part al together.
To me, replacing a curse word with something else is meaningless. We all know the intend of what you are saying it, so why hide it? The words are just that, words, they are not offensive. The meaning of you context is what can be offensive, doesn't mater if you replace it with "fake curses."
I think Louis CK said it best. I will not quote him directly, but along it's along the lines of:
By replacing an offensive word with a different word you are putting the offensive word in the listeners head. You are making the listener say it in their head. Take responsibility and say it yourself, don't make us say the words you can't say.
