Saw the New Riders in 1970 with the Grateful Dead. Garcia was the Pedal Steel Player. Played at a small community college near Eugene Or.

Whatever works.Well, you know. Flavors.
I've recently gotten re-acquainted with the original Mountain trio, and a while back learned that Felix, the bass player laid down their album tracks with an old Gibson Thunderbird-II bass. TEETH!! AND I really dig that sound they got. The Vintage Pro is said to get into that neighborhood by default, so I'd like to bring that to the "Stoner-Doom" prog project.
That's my excuse, okay??![]()
New carpet?
Of course. I missed the cat b4.

Beautiful! One of these days I’m gonna have to try out a Pro IV. If you’re not already a member of this club feel free to join. It’s a great bunch of guys and gals with tons of insight on how to get the most out of your Tbird.Greetings all. Here is my amazing new all time player Im considering getting rid of a few others(non t-birds) to find a non reverse. This Pro IV chose me and I didn't know why at first but sure glad she did

I can’t quite put my finger on it, but for some reason I’m seeing double and feeling a little off kilter today.

Front Runner….84(?)..def after Pearl..What year was this? What's that band?
Edit... I see Wally there, but that's not Pearl. I wonder if it's earlier than '79? That's whenI started playing, and when I got my fake ID and started venturing into clubs, which is when I saw Pearl.

Seriously, it must've been fun(?)stacking those things. (I didn't know they made apartment size forklifts).

I used to use this(Peavey late 80s KB-300 keyboard amp; 1x15, horn, piezo)for a bass amp. Built like a tank; heavy as a 53 footer. TBird sounded great. Killed my back. Not quite fun, per se....
But I definitely would have preferred if the bottom cab wasn't the "light" () one.

Whoa! Does this somehow mean Gibson actually cares about us bass players?
Not exactly.
