Katbird red or Karabird red?
Good one!Speaking of FedEx... after unsuccessfully attempting to get FedEx to at least pay Pat Wilkin's insurance claim covering my stollen guitar body, including multiple claims sent in by Pat (which they conveniently lost), an attempt to have the BBB address it (as if...) and Consumer Relations of CA (ditto) ... as a last ditch effort I sent a detailed letter to FedEx headquarters with all information dated and copied including my signature (which looks nothing like whoever signed for my package) ...and finally a female representative understood what was going on and actually dealt with it professionally. She called me - I confirmed all questions after which Pat took over (since he was the person who shipped/insured it) and he relayed the message that they were going to honor his claim. Acting as the squeaky hinge finally paid-off. (it was stollen last Oct)
About dang time! Go, whoever you are, ma'am!
Totally classic in a hot rod sort of way!
Sweet dreams are made of these…
I'd definitely play guitar (poorly) more if I had that. Not mine, but if it had a couple less strings, a longer scale and a deeper voice I’d sure like to have it…

So happy to hear how well it's worked out for you. Do you think you'd take it out for a show?IG has some fun photo stuff, this is "Tokyo"
I cannot remember enjoying a bass so much as this one, blows my brain, Gibson was decades ahead of time with this.

Maybe Gibby is more like Devo. They created perfection with the original Tbird and they’ve been devolving ever since then. And then they "improved" them.![]()

New Single came out today, played the VP for the whole release set last night:
Also, just gotta say. This page number? Nice.
Kickin'.(I don't have Spotify-or anything like it-but the clip sounds great.)
Thank you, and good point! For those without Spotify (good on ya, the damned thing):
Seconded!Thanks for that. Sounds great!
