Thunderbird Club

I have an old Marantz, 2385, the thing blows the doors open. Not mine but in the same shape, 240 WRMS/channel continous into 4 ohms. I use two pairs of large Advents with it, Grand Funk IS in the house when I play them. :bassist:

Where do you slid the CDs in?

On second thought, don't answer that.

I'm a glorified plumber (Chemical Engineer). Speak slowly and in English :rollno:

Apologies to plumbers. At least they can fix a leak.
Unrelated.... I have a nephew and niece who are Chemical Engineers. Both work for the military/NASA. The nephews first job was designing/redesigning diapers for astronauts. Wasn't what he thought his first job was going to involve. He's a supervisor now. So he either did really well or they needed to move him to something less important!

And left-handed. But nothing other than this "silver" right-handed version seems to be a reality right now.

@JJR58 I initially thought they would be waiting to see how sales go, but a V is a completely different animal. It's like apples and oranges. Plus left-handed.

But, Gibson has generously offered to send that weird off-centered 2018 back to me until there's another lefty available, and I can send it back to swap for whatever is available at that time.
Hope there is some resolution soon. I was impressed months back when you said they were going to address it. Good on Gibson. Likely few big companies would have offered that.

I know a lot of Chem Es that start at P&G making Pampers :roflmao:

I started out designing PM programs for heavy equipment. Loved working in underground coal mines :bawl:
