Which one of you beautiful psychos did this? I love it.
That’s cool. Except for the headstock butcher job. WHY? WHY?

I’ll wear Levis and a black Thunderbird T shirt. Unless Chucky says look a bit classier.
One with a tux coatWhat could possibly be classier than a Thunderbird t-shirt?!
have yet to see a cathode biased class A instrument amplifier employing 6L6s…Well, internally connected to the cathode, at any rate. Whether that's grounded depends on how things are biased.
Not saying I've played through them all (quite the contrary) but my Lab Series L2 100 W head has one of the best SS tones I have heard. Very warm and it distorts beatifully when needed. Loud too. Bob Moog knew something when he designed the circuit. And it's basically a Gibson amp (Norlin Music) so it's a great match with them T-Birds.
They are still going for bargain prices so I absolutely recommend checking them out.
L4 is just as great and many their guitar heads work for bass (and vice versa).
You said HOG, my brain immediately went to Heart of Georgia RR.(Ex SAL; Savannah, Americus, Montgomery)A Care Package arrived today! Courtesy of our very own @godofthunder59 Scott Dasson.
It's a really nice House of Guitars hoody ( I'll bring it to the GTG) an HOG button and a great old book about model railroading that was written in '36 - Dark days of the hobby for sure, you had to make everything! Amazing how the love of this bass guitar brings all a bit closer. Best club ever. Thank you, Scott.

With canadian bacon?I like french toast
Unfortunately, I won’t be able to make it this time around. I’ll be in Bodega Bay this weekend to spread ashes, and then back up to Salinas for the Rodeo in late July. Couldn’t squeeze a third trip up there between them. Haven’t heard any requests for basses from my collection, so I’m assuming you and I (or @Chucky Stiletti) don’t need to connect for any hand offs. Are you going after all?
I'm pretty certain someone(s) requested the 'BlingBird'.Unfortunately, I won’t be able to make it this time around. I’m looking forward to plenty of pics posted and lots of great stories though!

But it’s a dry heat
actually, think the sensor took a holiday. The one next to it only says 107.6. Happy summer solstice.
