Well, I wanted to see if I could hear a difference between the Dano, CP, and IV on the same song with the exact same settings. Not sure if the Zoom B3n makes things sound similar or if they really are...or I am just tone deaf (very likely).

Dano white tapes:

IV black tapes:

They definitely sound similar, but I can hear differences. I do think the settings here are such that the similarities are emphasized. My preference, in order, is CP, Dano, IV. But they are close in this scenario - closer than I expected.

I don’t know. I’ve been to a lot of Neil concerts. Solo, with Crazy Hose, and his other bands over the years. While some of his songs are political, he never lectured during any show I’ve been to.

I agree. I love my Epis, but my modern Gibsons are slightly nicer, the '06 is perfect. Feels as good as my '64.

Capitola is lovely. Used launch our ocean kayaks in the Santa Cruz yacht harbor. We'd paddle under the Team O'Neal catamaran and spark a joint before paddling out to sea !

Looks nice! Reminds me of this genuine Italian restaurant my family and I used to go when I was a kid, though it was in the countryside here in Gran Canaria, it had nice wall art and art pieces everywhere and big windows that overlooked the greenery around. Makes me nostalgic.

I did the same. Bought a parchment guard online from somewhere I can't remember..

I read a review (out of curiosity) of the T-Bird IV on a different website and forum that said that it wasn't a bass for beginners, women or children. And I thought, wow, machist much? Was disgusted with that moron.
