Thunderbird Club

I knew it, figured it was only the tip of the iceberg since I’ve been here less than a week.

Muscle cars, WWII, model trains, crossdressing.............

Which reminds me of this great song.

Fred Turner is awesome, still has a great voice and looks very healthy. I remember that album (Not Fragile) getting slagged by a lot of critics, but I think it's held up pretty well.

Happy straturday!

still kinda don’t like them, but I pride myself on being adaptable…

repainted a shaging ugly ass sunburst so it’s much less repulsive…

and just slapped a new neck on the hello kitty since I have been taking over two years to finish the stock one… (I’m giving myself two weeks to finish it)

then the kitty neck will be made a hard V shape and maybe put on a telecaster…

That’s a pretty flippin’ short thingy bar you have on that Strat.
A Willy mod?

Oh. Yeah. And big trucks(18 wheelers)for those of us who drive/drove them.
Here you go Mike. This is (I’m pretty sure) the largest selling HD truck in Oz.

Kenworth are made here

Keen observation. Feel free at any time to inject on topic Thunderbird banter or pics, we really do love them and enjoy talking about and seeing them. Here’s an early start on Thunderbird Thursday…

 Some places you just want to be there and say nothing. That is one of those places.

Tuners have been changed, right? For the better.
No, for a short time first VPs had tuners with longer "stems" and were more like the originals. Late 2017 and definitely 2018 they changed to the shorter tuner, but I'm thinking it was in 2017 when they changed. The earlier VP tuners are all perfect. The later VP has one that has a scratchy spot, but otherwise works perfectly and I would never personally waste money replacing tuners I've never had any problem with.
