The seller is asking to refund and offer a different payment method. What do I do with this? His paypal account is locked... I need an answer as quickly as possible, please.

Not at all. The top one is a Rumble 500 2x10 combo and the bottom one is his dead 200 combo I converted to a 1x15 cab. I put a 400w Eminence Delta 15 in it.

If he is offering a refund, I would take it and move along. If there's trouble you can report the transaction to Paypal and Reverb.
what was in that 1 x15 originally?
He's offering a refund to sell me the bass via another method... Reverb didn't gave me any choice but to pay via Paypal... So I don't know what to do...

That sux when you play with folks that gel and get a long. More difficult the learning the music. Hate to hear that.
Personally I think is really shines in a big room. The sound fills out and is just massive sounding. True of most rigs, but even my Ampeg tube head and Heritage 410 sounded unpleasant at home. Took it to a church...sounded fantastic.
Agreed - his account is "locked" for a reason.
Take the refund, any issues with that, contact PayPal immediately. If that’s what you have to do, probably wouldn't hurt to let Reverb know about it as well.

I have one on the '06 and it does everything I want/need. Other than make me play better.
I applied for the refund. Hopefully I'll get my money back. It took me forever to save up the money for the bass, I'd be LIVID if I lost the money.
He said that his account was locked after I bought and he said that maybe the cost of the bass + shipping was what made the account to be locked, I've had issues with paypal before so it wouldn't surprise me...
