I love watching those things start up, prop planes, I took an old DC something or other once years ago from Boston to Cape Cod, it was the coolest thing for me just to sit in that plane while they started up the two props. I love the sound, that's real bass.

This one also starts about at the four minute mark.
My Uncle Elliott (my middle name, after him) flew those, and was ultimately shot down during the Korean War in one on a bizarre, stupid mission that should not have happened. MIA. The only uncle I never got to know. The B-29 is another plane on my Top Five war planes I want to see.

I have zero claustrophobic issues, but I gotta say, the largest crowd I was ever in was the Indy 500. I’ve never seen so many people in one place at one time in my entire life. My wife was nearly in panic mode.
I’ve been trying to find one at a reasonable price here in the states for the last several years, rare as hens teeth here for some reason. The short scale and neck pup location are why I’m after it, that and it’s a Greco.
Seems like a nice excuse for a trip up to Vancouver. Never been there, but I hear it's great.

Van BC is beautiful.
Just used at home since I bought it so no issues. I would hope it would be reliable for gigging but I would probably want to get it fully checked out if I was going to gig regularly.
Gonna be a shame to saw off that headstock…
