How are you with those freakin' MRI tubes :dead:

It was certainly strange (the loud electronic noises) - but the ends were open if I recall. I concentrated on trying to figure out patterns in the beeps and buzzes... it distracted me enough not to dwell on being in the tube and it was over before I knew it.

pre-Climax - my art-school roommate (and still a close friend who lives on the Peninsula) had these LP's - got played a lot - especially the "Plays On" LP.

Almond Brothers-esque ... w/a sax

Yes indeed, that's them early on.

Their '73 Live album is great. I remember hearing "Flight" (the the 3rd song) for the first time on it and was blown away. Very Progressive or Jazz rock. Not my favorite song, but I learned just how good those guys really were as musicians.

I've always been claustrophobic - especially in a dense crowd... I feel trapped. Even watching YouTube vids of huge concerts with thousands of people pressed together - gives me the willies.
Don't recall the concert, but was standing on the floor when it was so tight I was able to lift my knees slightly and was held in place by the press of the crowd. Didn't like that feeling even when young and dumb.
