Negotiate?
Nope, I don’t normally waste my time or insult the seller by tire kicking or low balling. If it’s a fair price I’ll buy it, if not I’ll wait for one that is. And if that opportunity never materializes then it just wasn’t meant to be. There’s plenty of equally nice birds out there to choose from.

That said, I would consider a straight trade for one of my basses that market values at around $2500 to $3000, but I didn’t see any note from the seller about trades.

Been watching that one for a while. Very nice looking Lull. At $2500 I’d be all over it, but $3300 is a tad steep for my tastes.

Thing is, since it's a bass Mike built it will hold it's value and likely go up in price as time goes on, mine cost more than that one is listed at.

would you happen to know what rig he used on Frampton Comes Alive?
A little showing here. No doubt in part why he sounded so great. Looks like he used MarkBass when doing the reunion/Comes Alive tour.

WLW  I just went looking for the same thing. Half a million watts.

Check this video out:

The story about WLW was that you could pick it up on a barbed wire fence in places. No radio necessary. When I was a kid, they had dialed it back quite a bit, but you could still get WLW near Columbus. Their transmitter was somewhere near Cincinnati. I listened to Big Red Machine baseball games on WLW.

And if you ever sell yours, I'll probably start thinking about why I need two kidneys. What strings did you have on it when I played it? It became my holy grail that evening.

There's a Mike Lull NRT4 in San Francisco Bay Area. [Invalid or Expired Link Removed]
I know he'll take $2600 because I almost pulled the trigger on that, but I decided I needed a 5-string.
