Most impressive, Scott.

I see our queen is posting model train pictures again so I'll fly my dork flag as well.
Lately I've been building balsa stick and tissue rubber powered free flight though I have a pretty heavy styrene addiction. Heres what's on the bench a Fokker DVIII and other projects in the wings, also some of my builds. The Monogram Hawker Typhoon (bottom pic.) is my oldest survivor I was maybe 13 when I built it.View attachment 4894958 View attachment 4894959 View attachment 4894960 View attachment 4894961 View attachment 4894962 View attachment 4894963 View attachment 4894964 View attachment 4894965 View attachment 4894966

How's Snoopy's doghouse/Camel fly?

So N2MBD is supposed to be Thursday. Fortunately I have work and TB to distract me from thinking too much about it while waiting for the Dearly Departed to become the Dearly Arrived...

I'll give you a hint. There's a long box. Indies the box is some packing. Inside the packing is a bass case. Inside the bass case is a bass.
Can't you just taste the excitement? Just thinking about it has me doing the happy chair dance!

What a beautiful space! Fit for a Queen!

It flys pretty good on the stand ;) It's a fun little kit and a battery powered motor that spinds the prop. I almost wish I had a desk job so I could put it on my desk.

That's really weird. Somehow it showed up here. Go figure. But it sure is nice. Plays and sounds great even with me playing it. I'll keep it safe until you visit Ky!;)

Hmm, if I need to tune a bass to a cello tuning (octave lower) ala Jannick Top would that be a good excuse to get another T-bird? An Epi VP for example. Would sound great for zeuhl. Not that I'm about to play that music but the 5ths tuning messes up your mind in a good way and helps to invent some stuff you wouldn't with a regular tuning.

Top and Christian Vander look old here but the intensity hasn't vanished.
