Big enough for a Thunderbird Club GTG!
Can I get an Ahem down here ?Depending on how many showed, it could get cozy. Which is cool -- a nice, intimate setting where we get to know each other and everyone's headstock.

(Was that a Thunderbird headstock or someone's neck?)

"Ow! Whose headstock just dove onto my foot?"
"Hey, Chuck, we warned you to wear steel toed boots, not sandals!" (Spoken by someone wearing dwarvish iron shoes)
Has anyone tried Ibanez strings? Opinions?

Just wanted you to know that I'm here for ya!Thanks, Donnie. That's a true friend.
Ky. Not jelly, I trust.

I see our queen is posting model train pictures again so I'll fly my dork flag as well.
Lately I've been building balsa stick and tissue rubber powered free flight though I have a pretty heavy styrene addiction. Heres what's on the bench a Fokker DVIII and other projects in the wings, also some of my builds. The Monogram Hawker Typhoon (bottom pic.) is my oldest survivor I was maybe 13 when I built it.View attachment 4894958 View attachment 4894959 View attachment 4894960 View attachment 4894961 View attachment 4894962 View attachment 4894963 View attachment 4894964 View attachment 4894965 View attachment 4894966
I think I'm feeling kinda pointy ? Will I get tossed from the club if I buy this ? I'm also a sucker for a natural finish. Suckhaaaa !!!!View attachment 4895067
Are you kidding. Explorers are cool. Even if they are the "ugly" sister to the gorgeous Thunderbird.![]()

Nice move. Do you typically play nickel strings? After all the SIT string talk, I ordered a set of Dave Ellefson strings. For just over $16 shipped, how can I go wrong? I am interested in trying out a couple other styles from SIT and they are priced pretty nice.

We'll see how you like these. The Power Steel will probably suit you better.I have used them in the past but I think SS has been my most common string type for the past decade.
