Are you kidding. Explorers are cool. Even if they are the "ugly" sister to the gorgeous Thunderbird.

Nothing wrong with an Explorer-shaped bass!! Here is my 1982 Hamer Blitz Bass. Hands down one of my best sounding basses.

I honestly don't think I have ever seen Ibanez bass strings for sale here. Are they pretty common in your region?

After all the SIT string talk, I ordered a set of Dave Ellefson strings. For just over $16 shipped, how can I go wrong? I am interested in trying out a couple other styles from SIT and they are priced pretty nice.
