Thunderbird Club

I have one. It's a Precision in all but shape. Not the usual Fenderbird, but it works for me when I want to sound like I'm playing a Precision. It doesn't get played all that much. I think its nut width is modern P, so about 1-5/8.
That’s right, yours is a Tbird shape body with P pickups and neck I think

I was really asking about #1, not most played or most gigged. A photo is a plus
My #1. Anyone surprised?

The pu's* produce the specific referential sound, and the neck** identifies the bass's referential feel.

* placement related to a '57 split-P (original version) pu Fender P-bass

** nut width, neck depth/thickness, number of frets all compared to a '63-'65 T-bird (original version)

The Epiphone Vintage Pro Thunderbirds were offered in alpine white, and now none of the retailers offer them in white. Was that color discontinued? Did Epiphone run out of white paint? Did the white Epi's compete too much with the Johnny Winters 'birds? Seems like white is the most popular color. Is there a story behind why it's no longer available?
Why they discontinued white is one of life’s mysteries.

The bassist mostly played Danelectro Longhorns if I'm not mistaken, most of the videos I've seen of them has the Bassist playing a Longhorn.

Yeah, Rinus Gerritsen (Pronounced "Ree-nous Garrison") is well known for playing Danos.

...But not on that particular song, because a Dano is impossible to get the intonation right on, he actually used a Gibson bass. The one he's seen here purchasing. All the way back in 1969.

And what many people don't know is that his Dano actually got stolen in 1977, he replaced it with THIS double-headed monster.

Which ties in with the Thunderbird theme, since it has T-Bird pickups for both necks. I chose this song because he does play both necks during the song. That Dano Twang being there in spades.

In fact, here we are 40 years after that clip was shot, and he STILL plays that Twin Neck.

Here's Golden Earrings (then bassist playing a J) intro'ing their big pop hit with a bit of Bond...
