I don't think it is, similar yes but I think it's kinder on your health with options for the long term. Here's a couple of linksDid you follow Atkins or something else? This guy needs to thin down.
I prefer a 4003, personally.A 4001 would be great, I really miss my old '73, selling it was really a dumb move on my part. There are some other Gibsons I'd like as well, not for my band - just to play at home or possibly post "Nasty Habits".

How To Start A Low Carb Diet?
Low Carb for Beginners
Did you follow Atkins or something else? This guy needs to thin down.
I did Atkins for about 2 weeks and got tired of being a culinary accountant. Then I found a book named The Metabolism Miracle Cookbook-- recipes are ok and it is essentially low-carb. It was easy to follow. I continued reading things like Wheat Belly-- very fond of his books, Good Calories Bad Calories, Why We Get Fat, and some other scientific publications. In the end, I follow a very low carb/Ketogenic diet. To say it easily, I eat good proteins, some dairy, and green vegetables that grow above the ground-- cauliflower counts. If I were starting over I'd either follow Wheat Belly or The Metabolism Miracle (The Diabetes Miracle is good if one is pre or diabetic) and get close to where you want to be before digging deeper into Keto. It does work-- every time it is done. I have taught many people and they all have good success. I lost 230 pounds over the first 3 years or so and have maintained since. I've attached a before and after because most don't believe it-- some still don't even after the pics.Trust me, if I can do this, anyone can. Feel free to PM me if I can answer any questions.
Like this one, except in black. It's hard to tell but it's bigger than the traditional one. Big bass for a big girl!

Great!! 622 will be my new lucky number (it's got to be luckier that 22314 has been). No problem with the initiation. People here in southern Illinois do that kind of stuff all the time. I doubt that anyone will even notice.
Thanks for the links Colin!!!

Twinkie diet helps nutrition professor lose 27 pounds - CNN.com
[Soapbox] The ONLY thing that really matters for weight loss is expending more calories than you take in. In short, calorie counting works. Also, as you lose the excess weight, other health parameters move into normal ranges.
If following any of the numerous diet trends helps with losing weight, great. But in the end, the only thing that matters is calories in vs. calories out. [/Soapbox]
That is amazing weight loss and more importantly you have been able maintain it so far. I think the thing about diets is that they all probably work, the trick must be to find one that works for you and lets follow it without difficultyI did Atkins for about 2 weeks and got tired of being a culinary accountant. Yes, they are Doc Martens. I love them and have many pairs. In addition to a nasty bass acquisition disorder, I do the same with shoes.
Have 4 or five pairs myself!![]()
I'm in!Do we need a Doc Marten club?
