The name may indicate it works great on fretboards as well!

I'm not buying the "need help" part one bit! If that actually works, I going to start sending a few basses to everyone here. I have pictures!
APC = All Purpose Cleaner.
Liquid cleaner used on upholstery and car plastics.
Worked great on that bass (body, neck, fretboard).
I was just getting by in '08. The floor fell in for me. Scheduled painting jobs were cancelled and I was left scrambling for employment to pay rent. I had to cut my hourly wage in half to keep working/bring income in. Those people who employed me then got a very good deal ~
I agree about debt - and since then I only own a debit card. (no cc - no credit - no debt)
What's the best bass for firewood? (yah, I know... a 7ender bass...)
If you can find a Firebird made of basswood, you're golden.
Apparently I waited too long to knock the headstock off, and the underlying issue went systemic.
I seriously doubt the first two, but maybe with the right shade of lipstick you can reach two out of three. You do have some nice lookin' boots, so there's that!
In my case a head transplant would be needed for the looking part. I'm just thankful my good looking wife is apparently blind and thinks I'm hansom. Could just be self-induced delusion.

I beg to differ. I have played 20% better since playing your basses last spring!

It won't be too bad....one of the reasons I keep the old Suburban is that it's pretty easy to work on. Maybe half an hour to get swapped out, but I'll probably drag it out since I get distracted too easily
The one on it now has actually held up pretty well - 9 years & 85k miles, give or take a bit.
And $75 + fluid & install time is much cheaper than newer stuff
