California has a water storage issue at the moment. It will have a water issue again when this hydro cycle reverts to more normal. Texas is completely screwed. They have no water to store. I hate to think what the whole southwest, meaning west of Dallas and south of Boise, is going to be like in 20 or 30 years.

This is truth. I drove a cab there in 1982 or so. Being inside a Checker cab with no A/C in the summer in NYC was not pleasant. If it was 95 F outside, it was probably 110 F in the cab. But, I needed the money and it paid well enough for the time.
