Bond Girl did 3 sets last night in Sausalito at the "No Name Bar" - our 2nd BG show there. Smallish bar, tiny stage. I sat on a bar-stool most of the night and used my 1x12 TC Electronics combo amp. (sounded great!) Phil brought his 3-piece kit. Nice crowd, fun night - met some nice people during our breaks. Very chill evening - they want us back again. Other pic/vids were taken... I'll post when they show up.

So question to ask the compressor loving, Thunderbird folks here;

What are you using?

I'm currently looking to upgrade my Dyna comp b to a more transparent compressor, and looking for feedback from other TBird users.

"F" on a guitar is a real pain. I've heard guitar players complain about it. Many do it with no problem. I have to cheat. The trick it to just play a Gbb.

Looks like we use the same rope light. Except ours is to try to keep the dancers outta the band(no stage).

Update!

The carpet guy is finished! Nice work. 33 years old. I talked to him Saturday. He said he would be here between 7:00 and 8:00 this morning. He pulled into the driveway at 6:59 Very nice kid. And he did first class work. The kids are all right. My experience with his generation is very positive.

Last in the Bay Area in the early and mid '90s. First El Niño, then El Niña. I just remember a lot of rain.

California has a water storage issue at the moment. It will have a water issue again when this hydro cycle reverts to more normal. Texas is completely screwed. They have no water to store. I hate to think what the whole southwest, meaning west of Dallas and south of Boise, is going to be like in 20 or 30 years.

I’ll be on my way out. If I’m not already gone. But I worry for my son. He’ll likely stay here in So Cal. My daughter will probably be living in Jackson, WY, Boston, or Martha’s Vineyard.

Not really. One's index finger goes across all 6 strings in first space, finger an E chord with bird, ring, and little fingers. And I don't play gee-tar.
