A restored Lockheed Electra, this plane flew for Northwest Airlines, U.S. Army the Brazilian Airforce and a couple of private carriers before coming to the museum in '97. It's been restored to look like Amelia Earhart's, up close it is a beautiful thing.

Sure, i'd love a number. Here is my newly repaired 2023 Epiphone! It's a bit chilly and foggy this morning, I'll have to get some beauty shots on a more dramatic sunrise.

Great instruments. Neither are great players.Great looking basses!!
Of the two signature instruments I own, I purchased for the uniqueness of their aesthetics, not so much the artists who commissioned them-
In the case of the Alpine White Lizzy Hale Explorer guitar with gold hardware and white body and neck binding , a truly beautiful instrument, I had never even heard of the person.
The other is my most recent purchase of the G2 Gene Simmons Thunderbird - was really taken by the white binding on the Ebony neck and body-
But I’ll say this, whether I knew of them or liked their music, they had great taste in instruments-
Sounds like an awesome time! I have a few Jet models I built...probably don't have the patience to build them now but a great hobby.Frank and I spent the morning visiting The Museum of Flight to enjoy a model show.......

To the rest of the world.... you are most welcome!
This is funny and interesting to watch while playing your vintage or non-vintage Thunderbird.
For the record, there isn't much sausage in the gravy in the actual video, and sweet tea doesn't have to be like syrup. Most know how to balance it well.
How COOL are you!! great shot, thx…..Frank and I spent the morning visiting The Museum of Flight to enjoy a model show.......

X-15?…Sounds like an awesome time! I have a few Jet models I built...probably don't have the patience to build them now but a great hobby.
To me that SR-71 Blackbird is the most beautiful plane ever built to date and that was from the 60's Skunk Works with Kelly Johnson. It's the fastest piloted plane ever built (maybe there are faster piloted jet planes today?)

Yes the X-15 was fast but it was a throttled rocket engine. I should've been more specific...jet powered.X-15?…
