My wife is a fantastic biscuit maker. The first time she fixed some not long after starting to date I knew she was The One. None of the buttermilk nonsense either, just fantastic biscuit taste. Better than a real pastry chef friend at church. A little bit of Musselman's Apple Butter, or some honey, just a little butter.... The more I think about it Geoff, you may never go back to OZ!On first lookI’m with the Poms.
You’ll have to make some for me to try when I get to Kentucky, Donnie. Don’t start cooking just yet though. I may be a while.
Fortunately I am still paying off the Gene Simmons EB0gotta stay focused on that for a bit longer. I did bring this cheapie home though, astounding bass for the $
You are much too kind. I have tried many a Squier. They suck. YMMV.

I still think about that Squier P I played with when Donnie and I went to Mom's Music. I would've been happy to gig it.Bwahaha! I bought one of these little turds today. Neck is really good for a $219 bass
The gaffer tape really pulls it together.
Like I said. YMMV. I have one. The neck was so green the fret sprout after six months was the worst I’ve ever experienced. It was unplayable. I paid a “luthier” (I won’t ever use him again) $75 bucks to fix it. Still unplayable. It sits in the closet as a future project to strip and refinish in LPB. It’s a PJ so I’ll put Wilde pickups in it. At least that’s the plan. But overall, not a great bass as is.Not true.
My purchase is your fault since you wouldn't sell me that LPB-P you have. I was sad and made an emotional decisionLike I said. YMMV. I have one. The local GC has dozens on the wall at any given time. I’ve tried several. I will never buy one. Even the otherwise cool Rascal bass.
The only one I’ve played that I liked was a James Johnston J Bass at the 7ender factory store in Corona. That was about ten years ago. And of course that model was discontinued.
Just not a fan Jeff.
I don’t think the Who allows people who play those bases to play their music.A burd only a mother could love, or maybe it's daddy. Talk me out of this it's so fugly I gotta have it. Sheeese.View attachment 5354857 Sunburst Electric Bass Guitar White Pickguard Rosewood Fretboard Chrome Parts | eBay

The neck on mine is amazing and the reason I bought the bass, I couldn't put it down. My action is super low and not abuzz anywhere.Bwahaha! I bought one of these little turds today. Neck is really good for a $219 bass
Same here Scott. The necks are the selling point for me on most basses. Really good at that price, and I did due diligence checking a bunchFolks say Thunderbirds suck, to each thier own

I doubt fret sprout will be the issue that it was in the past and that certainly was a concern. The tangs on the frets are undercut and the slots filled. Very nice work. I have basses I've paid a lot more for with far more fret issues.Folks say Thunderbirds suck, to each thier own

Ugh. There ought to be a law against posting something that ghastly.
