Wildly spin the upright wrong and you just might. For a while, I did Only the Lonely on upright and vocals. In D, otherwise the low is too low and the high is too high. I sure don't sound like Roy Orbison.

One on my favorite songs. You will have to do it for us at the GTG.For a while, I did Only the Lonely on upright and vocals. In D, otherwise the low is too low and the high is too high. I sure don't sound like Roy Orbison.
Bobby Hatfield did "Unchained Melody" in C. I do it in G (lower), but I still hit the high G-as the tonic-at the end. If we ever get it on video, I'll post it.For a while, I did Only the Lonely on upright and vocals. In D, otherwise the low is too low and the high is too high. I sure don't sound like Roy Orbison.
Hitting the tonic? Please post vid. This has to be good.Bobby Hatfield did "Unchained Melody" in C. I do it in G (lower), but I still hit the high G-as the tonic-at the end. If we ever get it on video, I'll post it.

Maybe the three day weekend further softened the gray matter.chill Memorial Day….Deep Blue doc on the Memphis Belle, work on a tube bass amp while using Moises AI to play some killer Nora Jones arrangement (Thinking About You) and my buddy Emmanuel teaching me some smoking Cassava grooves…..

Some rest on both lower crossbars, some don’t. Not a particularly great design for racking Tbirds but it works and seems stable enough. One of these days I’ll just design and build my own proper rack.I have another question, how do you have your Gibson’s sitting on there? Is it just touching one side or both?
Thx! It’s a fun room with tons of great options in just about every possible bass flavor, but certainly heavy on the Tbird end right now. Sitting at 22 birds today with no real duplicates, the substantial variety and number of options (I’m talking physical tone shaping and significant changes, not just color or logo changes) in the Tbird world are much greater than most would believe. What's the address of that fully stocked Music store? Wow nice set up you have G!
George’s bass room is a fun hang. He has so many guitars and basses one could spend hours in there. He also has a Thunderfunk amp which is cool to play through. Some rest on both lower crossbars, some don’t. Not a particularly great design for racking Tbirds but it works and seems stable enough. The invite is out there for anyone that might be curious about a specific model Tbird and how it compares to other birds or non birds to drop on by and play a while. Marshall has imbibed a couple of times, all club members are welcome.

That is very artistic! I know gold leaf is a pretty fragile material. My Dad was a sign painter and he used gold leaf on some of the jobs. Do you spray a clear coat on after applying the gold foil?
I didn't see it in the photo. Did you find what's up?Portoflexo..
Bring earplugs. I am way out of practice for that one.One on my favorite songs. You will have to do it for us at the GTG.
the root….Hitting the tonic? Please post vid. This has to be good.
Oh, theory tonic. Resolving a song not the evening.
