I could never get used to tofu.

It works well in miso soup...

Well, after my recent visit to the doc.
(Which by the way my cousin, who’s a PA says, I shouldn’t be as healthy as I am), he meant that jokingly)
No more food like that for Jeff.
My only battle now is my extremely high cholesterol.
Otherwise this guy can rock on for years to come.
Glad all (most) is well. Take care of yourself.

I’ve been over 300 my whole life. Medication takes it down to +or- 270. Good news is that it is all because of high HDL. I generally eat healthy most days. The doctors told me to stop worrying about it.
Yes, it's not the cholesterol really (which you need) as the triglycerides and HDL to be concerned with. There seems to be some rethinking of the whole cholesterol and statin thing these days.

Can I quote you on that? :D
My cardiologist..who I see every couple of days in the hospital hallways asked me if I'm getting in my vegetables into the diet.
I told him that I'm usually eating 9 olives every evening. He looked a little confused and said well, that's good.
I said Yeah, three on each stick...Still confused.
I said Doc..each Martini comes with three olives! He laughed so hard when he got it.He said if you don't mind I'm going to use that line with my patients.

Cheers!

Please don't take any offense, but I don't take medical advice from "retired male exotic dancers."*

When I first saw a pic of a 'natural' bicentennial and being the modder that I've always been, I thought, "I should strip the finish off my '64 II". I had already modded it with a Seymour Duncan Hawkbucker bridge pu, so I figured why not. Something in that moment distracted me and I never did strip it. I hadn't thought about that until I saw this pic. It does look awesome and brought back memories of the late '60s-early '70s when everyone was stripping their finishes off.

You know me, I mod everything.
I’d love to strip my Epi and make it a natural finish.

'68 EB3 - bought NOS in '70 cherry and stripped it a couple of years later. (pulled the frets shortly after that) Only pic I have of it - you'll recognize it's a test-strip being a photographer.
