Thunderbird Club

Just finishing this one up. Pine body, nitro relic finish, Dunable T-Bird pickup, CTS pots, NOS PIO cap, switchcraft jack, Gotoh Resolite tuners. Still need to do a couple setup things, but it sounds killer and weighs UNDER 8lbs .

It looks great, fine work there! Keep the other pickup options in mind, what value pots did you use?
Hope you're feeling better :)

I used the Ashdown ABM today with the NR. I left it mostly flat for the run through. Sounded good but the old Pressure Wounds from last week seemed to be lacking something. I had some SIT Power Wounds and slapped them on and they sounded better. Got to do a little EQing, but not much. Really sounded fine but did a little just to see what improvements could be had. Really nice sounding. Sounded good enough I mainly EQed out of curiosity not necessity. Great tone and way more power than I need. I didn't think I was any more loud than normal, but my wife said she could hear me well during the run through and the service. A fluke or it projects really well. Was really hoping it would make me sound and play like Chuck. Head must be somewhat faulty. Mine, not the amp.

I know y'all have been waiting on pins and needles for these, so here we go. Recorded live at the Marco Polo Hotel in Miami Beach in 1982/83(?). Video is meh-it's what the camcorder 'captured'; audio is 'OK', again what the camcorder 'heard'. They're kinda long-we were keeping the dancers on the floor, which is what we were paid to do.
First up: "Just the Way You Are"-Scott, lead vocal; George-trumpet, string synth, harmonies; Ken-drums; Me-67NR, alto sax, harmonies

Next up: "Celebration"(note changes)[Scott to guitar; George to keys],4 part harmony

And: "Johnny B. Goode"-me on lead vocal(can't sing or play it this fast anymore)
