I don't think cell phones were available then.

The first commercially available cell phone appeared in 1983; pretty sure it wasn't a flip phone. Cameras in cell phones came much later.

Honestly, most of them aren't all that.
There's a couple in which dumb luck prevailed and we got good audio......

Still fun! I've enjoyed the various incarnations of the band. The Purple Bird sounds as good as it looks in the Out in the Park videos 11 years ago. Goes perfectly with that outfit, too. Do y'all still do Ring of Fire? That was an unexpected gem. Love Turning Japanese as well...

Funny thing is the Flamingo isn't showing much wear other than the dents and other bruises it had before refinishing. It gets played a lot. It is a nitro finish with no uv blocker (on purpose) so it will eventually age. My EB-2 doesn't have much obvious finish wear either. Living in cases in a stable climate makes a difference. If we keep having summers like this, everything will age. Including me.

Seems more like something for no one there. Only someone who spent too many years in higher education would have come up with that, and had other like minded people think it's a good idea. Will McDonald's fight back with Big Mac #5 Parfum?

For the record I reached Level 32 and Level 33 simultaneously at 1:18 AM. I did all that while I was asleep. Man, I'm good. At something apparently.

Yeah, but you know someone, somewhere got excited about it. As for McDonald’s, Pommes Frites #8 would own the fast food scent market for a whole.

I reached 29 and 31 at 00:18. Blew right past level 30. I guess something is still catching up in the background!

Getting older ain't for the faint of heart. I'm thrilled that several here are older than I am and still go at it. I think that's fantastic. It sure doesn't get easier. I was really looking forward to using the new Ashdown Sunday, but felt bad and would have much rather been at home on the couch. Nothing hurt, just didn't feel good at all. I don't know what the problem was. I liked what I was hearing and that was good, but can't say I enjoyed the whole playing experience when I felt like I took several Benadryl and was just draggy and more foggy in the head than normal. That sure never happened when I was in my 20s and 30s.

Released some new music. This track features the Alpine White VP (not that the colour shows when listening, or maybe it does). Played with the pick.
Drums were played by my friend and I tackled all the 6 & 12 string electric guitars, 12-string bass and synthesizers.
Should be on Spotify soon alongside the other song on the single (which has me on Wasp synth and other friend on percussion).
