It had updated electronics. One weird thing was that it had two jacks outputs because pickup volume pots were removed and there was only pickup selector.
Then when I saw it again in local store, guy said that it’s not a Gallan but a Gaban bass. Sometimes I think to have it again but then I think to keep moving on and someday get an original Gibson T-Bird.
I don’t mind about club card.

New Bib day is better than new string day, but not as good as new bass or amp or boot day. Don't knock 'em if you ain't tried 'em!

excellently put, I dig the stuff she did with Gabriel but the solo stuff was, how do I put it….didn’t feel like a naturally inspired musical statement….. dunno, of course, ymmv and respect to all who dig her stuff…

Agree. Sales this year have been ridiculously low and the importer is cutting them as I understand it.

A week or two after that there was an article about another 8 or more Chinese brands coming in over the next year.

Something has to give I guess, and the old Euro brands may be it. Some of The other Stellantis brands may be in danger here, but I guess that Renault may survive as part of the Renault/Nissan/Mitsubishi group. Wait and see I guess. I even saw a Renault dual cab pickup in Brittany. Looked like it was based on the Nissan Navara.
Their Mégane EV looks pretty nice. Lots of EVs in Paris.

I’ll give a :thumbsup: to Pino in the Paul Young song “wherever I lay my hat”. Elevates the song.

Did Pino tour with The Who a couple of times?

Kate Bush - I can take or leave. Some of her early stuff was ok but only in small doses. Her film clips were good and I think they spent a bit of money on them. Overall, not really my cup of tea. I wouldn’t go to a concert.

Which bridge though? I guess you don’t like the 3 point?

Epiphone 60s (or Vintage Pro) uses a 2 point bridge and claw rather than the 3 point.

You're missing out on not having to keep adjusting your pants or your them not sliding down and people thinking you are a mover, missing out on not having to keep tucking in your shirt, missing out on all that wonderful room to freely move about, missing out on all those pockets to carry and stick things. I love wearing them working on things around the house and wold wear them more but the wife isn't a fan. She grew up on a farm and that was what the old men wore. But she's softened on that. Maybe because I'm old now....
