The only reason to get it was transportability and loud enough for most gigs. It does sound good. Add the extension cable and it really would rattle the windows. Offers keep rolling in but follow up is slow. Some day.

I daisy chained my combos together. It will make more noise than I'll ever need (150w per 15" speaker, it's plenty loud)

I have in the past had to do the same thing, it's not a fun thing to sell a bass that you obviously have a great deal of attachment to, I do understand that it may just be what you have to do.
At some point I (or Frank) will sell my basses as I just won't be able to play them anymore and I do want them to go to people that will play and enjoy them.
I don't see that happening in the foreseeable future, but, it will happen because it just won't make sense to have so much money tied up in basses if I can't play them. While none of us probably wants to dwell on this, we'll all have to deal with it at some point.

Exactly. I only have 5 total(Gibson 67NR and Les Paul 5er; Epiphone Embassy and EB-0; and Ibanez AGB200). It looks like I'll be having to move to the Orlando area where I don't know anyone, and I don't expect to find a lot of interest in a 79 y/o overweight bass player.
I also have no interest in having unknown people coming to my house and 'casing the joint'.

In my town there's a Legion that does a Saturday night jam.
Folks meet on Wednesday with their acoustic guitars to try stuff out and some of them team up on tunes. Then on Saturday night they play with a rhythm section. There's a good variety of ages and abilities.
I would look for something like that. You never know who you might connect with.

My daughter moved to the Orlando (Davenport) area right before the hurricanes hit. Now that we have a grandchild, we will be making frequent trips to the area. Would love to meet up for a couple of beers during a visit.

I think this is a 78 so Norland era like my Ripper. The lacquer is dull but not checked. The binding and inlays have gone almost brown.
It's been played a lot despite the weight. My small scale only goes to 10 lbs, so I'll weigh it on the bathroom scale later. I'm guessing 14.

Yeah, the Les Paul might be the most sellable and at a decent price.

You might be surprised. Well you have fantastic playing skills. I'm younger and thinner (but taller ), but could only dream of playing like you. If I have to pick between you and me--me would be out and you would have the job.

Cool. Hope you like it as much as several of us do. A mini would be handy. Some argue it's marketing nonsense on what it does and how it does it. All I know if that it makes every bass and head I put it with sound better, which is all I care about. I'll never not have one always on.

My friend has one of those. It kept blowing power tubes and nobody could fix it. Sounded great when it worked! He ended up getting a Fender SuperSonic.

I took a roundabout sort of trip to Mike Lull's today to pick up my EB-3, not a bad for November here in Seattle. While at Lull's I had the pleasure of chatting with Spencer about T4s and the TPT4 that George picked up recently. He knew exactly which bass it was, and that The Bass Shop had sold it, as evidently there are very, very, few of them in existence. Which led to him telling me that a total of only 105 T4s were made counting the TPT4 production, so any Lull is going to be a rare one, might be a good idea to hang onto a T4 if you have one,,,,,,,,,,,,,
Spencer asked that if I were to ever wish to sell mine that I bring it back to the shop as they'd be first to want to buy it.
