Babicz vs Hipshot bridges. How do they compare?

Putting together a parts list for a build I might be doing.
I don't know. When I bought a Supertone, cash was tight and it was noticeably less expensive than the Babicz. I've been quite happy with it and plan to get at least one more. It's got plenty of intonation, height, and string spacing adjustability for me. Drop in, no hassle. Sounds great, plemty of sustain, etc. More than before? No clue. But it does all I ask of it and some I haven't.
I'm sure I'd be fine with Babicz, but see no point in switching.
Hipshot has excellent customer service, too.

It becomes this question - How many Thunderbirds is enough? 😺

Just one more. Always one more.

I have been to the RS shop and they have done a lot of work for my friend. Solid people and fantastic work!
I've never heard anything but good comments about them. If I can't find anyone here--body shops included--I may give them a call.

I'd love one of these. But that's never going to happen.

Baby Red Belly Black snakes. They are common where I am (also a bushy area) as well. But just leave them alone and no worries.
But the Brown Snakes…. They are a different matter altogether. They are cranky buggers and will go you just because. More deadly that the (venomous enough) Red Belly Black.

Irv @Engle they made the Canadian press? Wow. I was wondering if I should post the story. 100+ RB Black snakes are enough to give you the Willie’s alright. The guy did the right thing, left them alone and called in the professionals.
Run for your life! You've got to get out of there before it's too late! You can stay here till we find you a proper place.
But we're going to have to leave your luggage outside in a cold a few days....just in case.
:D

I’ve seen that before. I like it.

On the other hand, the bay has this atrocity. Cheap too.
I love Devo. My cover band plays Whip It, but I play Blockhead to get warmed up all the time.
Used to play Space Junk, with the bass doing the arpeggios.

Maybe Jerry cut up that Ripper because it was heavy?
