Will, you're what we call "Man Pretty" so, no doubt that you're raising the already exorbitant property values :woot:

Who doesn't love this face :)

Looks caught or guilty to me. Maybe both. Possibly from wearing that "exposure suit" out in public.

We just call it a "birthday suit" but the West coast nomenclature seems more accurate if not descriptive.

But, Bakersfield. Is Fresno better or worse?
Don’t knock Bako. It’s far better than its rep. But don’t tell anybody. Sort of half dozen of one or the other. Fresno itself is a pit. But Clovis to the east is very nice. Excellent schools. Close to Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks.

Our kids did public school in Bako; Panama Buena-Vista SD for elementary and middle school. All the schools they attended were nationally ranked in the top 10%. They went to good colleges, etc. Bako is fine west of the 99. And there are areas close to downtown east of 99 that are really nice. It used to be ninety minutes from door to seat to Dodger Stadium. But L.A. traffic makes it at least two hours now. The concern now is the growth as more are moving up, especially after the L.A. fires in January. Lots of work for CD experts. The good news is there was a lot of foresight re water, beginning in the eighties. Wastewater is another issue, and we’re paying for that now.

Would I rather live in Seattle? Hell yes. Especially in your beautiful house. But it is what it is.

You're retired, you can live most anywhere. Go squat in Will's basement! I mean, remember what it's called!

as much as I can't stand Neil, that song is kinda fun to try and nail....
Well, we all have different tastes. Just pretend you’re playing the Stones’ Satisfaction.

It was pretty much Neil's first attempt at a real solo as a lead guitarist. Even Stills liked it. Growing up in SoCal, the Springfield was it for many of us getting into music as kids. They were always on the radio.

And that right there is the proper way to install DeCola pickups! Poles straddling the strings vs strings on top of poles. There’s enough magnetic field in these pups to easily impact with string movement even when not centered. Looks great too.
It helps that the 5-string version is the exact same size than the 4-string one.
