Mine are shielded 2-wire, so not easily, no.
said "Passive" on the label, no LED and the only switch just gnd lifts.....dunno.
Ummm considering the number of posts here about all manner of things that are not basses, don't worry about going off topic asking any bass question
The 2 coils of pickup itself should already be wired in series and there's no reason you couldn't put it in series with another pickup.
Recent addition to the Thunderbird Club.
Bought an Epi Thunderbird from the Classifieds here. Came to me with flats and I'm really digging it while sitting down....... standing up is a whole new feel for me.
Being a Fender and other FSO player for 30 years, it's going to be an adjustment for me.

Congrats! They can feel a little weird at first. Mine did initially but 43 yrs later it's my favorite to play and hear. But it didn't take that long for it to feel good. Might try a little longer strap than normal.
Various flats can sound fantastic on the Thunderbird. Over the yrs several of mine had them. Currently two do. My '64 LaBellas and Epi Vintage Pro have GHS Precision flats. It's a preference, but Thunderbirds do not have to wear bright rounds. Though they sound good with those as well.
Seriously dig the clear PG on that.

I may, or may not wire it in series.
The idea is to put it in the bridge position of my Precision.
And swap out the SD HawkBucker into my TBird.
Neck pick up in the Bird goes to the Fender.
Bridge pick up in the Fender goes to the Bird.
Not a deal breaker.
Have to post this little thing here because I am still pretty blown away by how unbelievably light this Markbass 58R102P is. The head and cab together feel like somebody's papiér maché project, or maybe an empty cardboard box. It's hilarious, I still chuckle when I have to "move it".
And it sounds very good- it's got a Markbass sig to it, but I didn't mind it. I got dialed in in short order.
Thunderbird goes through it tomorrow, playing an afternoon gig out in Foster/the sticks. Biker bar, fun place.

I really like a lot of yellow things, but Markbass cabinets bug me. I am shallow. But I have never played through a Markbass head and cabinet. Sound and light weight might overcome shallow.
