For the record, I’m not a singer. But my voice is ok, especially when surrounded by a gaggle of other voices. The more the better. Plus I enjoy it.

Funny how all those are easy to play the melody of on bass.

I was in college. They weren’t huge in my circle. But it was terrible. Both KMET and KLOS played tribute shows. Yeah, we listened.

Unfortunately maintaining a band can work... or not. Key is aligning with those who 1) you get along with, and 2) you are on the same page with, and build your band around that. Straight forward, but not easy.

In my case I was shopping for my first CD player (I had about 25 cds though!). My mate and I went out equipped with Dark Side of the Moon and tested the CD players with “Money” and “Time”. We both bought the same Denon player, to which I added a Denon amp and Mordaunt Short MS5 speakers.

What song/s do you guys play when road testing new cd/record players?

The way I describe my voice is (AFAIK) that no one's 'ralphed' while I was singing.

Or-in our group's case-have 3 guys that can sing lead(no "lead" singer), so no attitudes.
