Thunderbird Club

hey, you commented, was just pointing out Rocco's groove and simplicity.....
IF I remember, I'll go back and listen to him. Obviously, if I went to a concert like that, I'd know what to expect. I don't knock their abilities, etc., It's just not something I would fork over my limited $ to see/hear.

Could it be too much DeOxIt? Or it loosened up some carbon or dirt? Wild guess from a clear non-expert. Feel free to say, stay in your lane.
Too much? No. And it was fine yesterday. With a different symptom each time I strap the bass on, the high-Z short makes sense because the pressure’s different each time. We’ll see.

And all suggestions are appreciated. Well, debugging the problem suggestions, anyway.

Love Rocco's playing. A lot of players, most, sound like others to some extent just doing it different. Rocco sounds like Rocco and I can't think of anyone that sounds like Rocco. If I could play and sound like any of those mentioned, Rocco for me.
definitely, chill, laid back, unassuming, surprised others admire him the way they do, then again, Jaco credits Rocco for his 16th note approach influence and Patitucci, Manring, Wooten and many others from that generation credit Jaco as one of their main influences so talk about coming full circle.... kinda like watching JPJ jam with Lenny Kravitz..

Nope! I'll watch the Seahawks, Mariners, whatever b4 those. For those that like 'em, great. I'd have to be bound and tased to get one of those in my mouth. Then I'd gag.

They're so GOOD! Slide right on down = yummy! Thank you @Chucky Stiletti for encouraging me to try them. what I've been missing all these years!
