In fairness you seemed to be enjoying your private trip. Didn't want to disturb you.And here I thought I hallucinated you there!
That's a great shot.Happy Independence Day everyone.
I might actually play the blue one outside today in 100 + degree weather.
I’ll send pictures if it happens.
One of my boat neighbors has a son that is a bass player in the band that we are having at the pool today..They have been egging me on to get up and play.
Cheers to all!

Thanks..still recovering. But doing surprisingly well for having both knees replaced. That's a great shot.
Hope you have been recovering well.
I don’t even try to sing and play bass unless it’s a stone simple bass line. And sing at the same time. That’s a difficult enough song to just play. And I’ve been “learning” it for 55 years or so. Darn kids.
Kind of like I would enjoy golf if the balls were fired from air cannons on moving golf carts at the other golfers who were all wearing motocross armor.I would watch if they used javelins and maces.
I've sung and played for so long, IDK any other way.I don’t even try to sing and play bass unless it’s a stone simple bass line.
It’s been a long, strange trip indeed. In fairness you seemed to be enjoying your private trip. Didn't want to disturb you.
I’m always happy for those with such coordination.I've sung and played for so long, IDK any other way.
FYI- they're still accepting applications for the '28 Olympics for javelin catchers.I would watch if they used javelins and maces.

Most songs I can sing even on top of playing a syncopated bass line [i.e. 'Knock on Wood"], but I can't play and sing "Get Ready". Dunno why.I’m always happy for those with such coordination.
listen and watch carefully, he's playing 8ths not 16ths like Squire....I watched that a few minutes ago. I’ve never been able to play at that level.
With all that metal, maybe don't let people know while on the water. Some might think of you as an anchor.Thanks..still recovering. But doing surprisingly well for having both knees replaced.
Still sore at times but I’m pacing myself when I can.

I can on a small handful of songs (not in a mic to be heard). Then I start sucking at two things instead of just one.I don’t even try to sing and play bass unless it’s a stone simple bass line.
I like it!Kind of like I would enjoy golf if the balls were fired from air cannons on moving golf carts at the other golfers who were all wearing motocross armor.
I'm sure that Gone Plaid will chime in but Navy Chief Petty Officers are unofficially referred to as anchors, partly because of the fouled anchor insignia on their covers (hats) and that they had a wealth of knowledge from practical experience bridging the gap between officers and enlisted men. With all that metal, maybe don't let people know while on the water. Some might think of you as an anchor.
I spent 2 months learning to sing the chorus of Carry on Wayward Son while playing the bass line. Some stuff comes easy, some is almost impossible. Most songs I can sing even on top of playing a syncopated bass line [i.e. 'Knock on Wood"], but I can't play and sing "Get Ready". Dunno why.
