Rarely humid here, and I do love that. A 70 degree day in October is the most beautiful thing

Yes, originally being from the mid-west I do not miss humidity. However having said that, living 1/2 block from the Ocean Pacific has major drawbacks in terms of fog and 'salt-air' - rust as Neil Young sez' - never sleeps.

It's kind of like Morrow Bay, I like the fog, the salt air on the other hand, well, my only thing is how that effects instruments.
Other then that, I can handle fog.

Yeah, that pretty much happens every year now, doesn't it. I think it was last year I woke up on the 5th of July and everything was this sickly shade of yellow, the sky was vomit brown, and you couldn't see the sun. I thought I was way more hung over than I realized, until I found out it was due to all the fires burning in BC, and it was sitting in the Puget Sound due to an inversion layer.

Boy, I do miss that weather. Like 6 o'clock onwards in the Puget Sound is incredible. When it's like 9 and there's still daylight. It's been in the mid-80s here in LA the last few weeks, although the other weekend it was pushing 100 in the Silverlake area for 3 days straight, wasn't even getting down to 80 at night. I've started going for runs again in the area, and even after a mile I'm just drenched.

I don't believe he is. He is now a part of my FB TB group. His friend is a member of the group and shared my for sale post. Turns out the guy is local so no shipping required!!

This is fun. The Blue Steel strings arrived. The plastic wrapping for them had a sticker guide for a five-string set. Opened it and it's the four strings. No idea if it's the correct set. Musician's Friend is sending me another set and I emailed Dean Markley to see if they can shed some light on it. From another thread I found, it seems like they're having some real QC issues.

These strings are 3.5g heavier than the Foderas. Interesting.

Thanks, things are going alright! Like I said, still adjusting to the weather. Still looking for people to play with, but work's going good, seeing plenty of good shows. Gonna pick the JTM 45/100 hopefully tomorrow, so I can get that back up and running.
