I don't think he would be classified as a motivated seller. And because there is food in the fridge gas in the tank and at least a little bit of future gig money coming it is not as urgent as it was before the cash gift came in on Tuesday. But I do need the money, I am just not going below $250 with the case unless things get desperate.
