Thunderbird Club

There's a dude in my hood selling a black Grabber body sans hardware for $400. He offered it to me for $250, but nothing is "to be" for a good stretch of road I'm afraid. But I do love that shape. Thinking about investing some stowed hardwood into a cop of it to put this Goth neck on... maybe after spring I'll get into something crazy.
That's a crazy price for a body. I did a measured drawing of mine, I can send you a print of it when you're ready.

Really thumpy with flats, pup slid to the neck, and foam under the bridge cover. Sorry, that's probably not helping.

That one disappeared shortly after the picture was taken, belonged to the neighbor...damn dogs.

Hmmm.... There is definitely something fishy going on - Every time one of the neighbor’s cats comes around, it ends up on a photo with your bikes/cars/basses before disappearing mysteriously....

Tastes like chicken... actually they had three separate flocks of chickens for a while that used to graze in my yard. They finally got rid of them. Take it from me, multiple roosters do not make for a quiet neighborhood.

I posted that once. Didn’t go over so well :)

Ah, but the flak I get (and so well deserved) will help us outpost that other group. It's a harsh sacrifice, but one I'm willing to make.

Now if I could get a black pearl style one made for my white epi classic, that would be a different thing altogether, and a much more positive post topic.

Dude!! Awesome. How cool is that?? It is way cool, is what!
I have some Big Leaf Maple for a top...

I'll be in touch, thank you Carlo!
You're welcome. The body's only 1-1/4" thick, maybe you can do it solid.
