Guitar making in the UK can be a painful business, you can buy binding at 1.5, 2.0 and 2.3mm and you can get a router cutter that will cut 1.5, 2.0, 2.5 and 3.0mm. The standard tends to be the 2.3mm (0.06") so in order to get that I have to scrape and sand away 0.2mm all around the body to get it flush with the binding.

They do a nice router cutter set that does a 2.2mm cut that allows you to scrape away 0.1mm of binding (easy) to get it flush. You'd think someone in the UK would have had that covered!
