I couldn't hazard a guess on that, the finish looks like it was put on straight from the brush with old household gloss. Surly they dimples should have been filled? Maybe it is all part of the design?

I'm certainly not fond of that finish. And Prog has a good point on the aesthetics. Can't really say what's trying to be achieved with that look.

Im picky as hell, I worked in Quality Assurance and this stuff drives me crazy.

It reminds me of a concept that was rushed in order to complete a trade show deadline. They may never have made another one again with this issue.

I just gave their site a look as well. And Sam Ash has 2 of these, Black, (don't remember the other color), in their store here in NYC. I stopped in last Sunday and there they were. Didn't play it, but they have Mojo pick ups in them.

Pretty sure that was the model. it sells for 1,999.
I'll have to go back again this Sunday just to confirm what it really is.

A French company, I can see why they use Mojo pups, anything from the states is silly money over here. I think I need to revise my pricing structure LOL 4499€ and you only get one You could have 3 from me!

That's the preamp. The cabinet has the power amp in it, and looks like a slightly shorter 361 Power Plus cabinet. I'ts a folded horn, but it uses a 15" speaker instead of an 18". I can't tell you what the difference is in the sound of a 15" and an 18" Grexa 361. The new one has a tweeter that can be turned off, which makes it much more hi-fi than the original, if you want it to be. Both are outstanding, and have a level of detail and clarity that I don't get out of the little Carvin, for example. The Carvin works fine, but it's nowhere near the same kind of sound quality. The original 360/361 has a big, round, meaty sound that has all kinds of colors in it. So does the new one, except it can be just a little drier sounding. I played a show a few months ago at a venue big enough to crank up the 360m to a reasonable level, and a guitarist who had been complaining about how it sounded and telling me I should get some kind of boutique thing like some other bass player's stopped complaining and finally understood the whole point of those amps. They are good at lower volumes, but there's a point where they really come alive and sound spectacular.
