Thunderbird Club

Yep. When the pin came out of my EB-3L, I used wood glue to put it back in. Don't worry about it being permanent. All you have to do is put the bass under a heat lamp for an hour and that thing will pull right up if you need it to.

Yep,wood glue. If /when you refin it just make sure not to get paint in the threads

Epiphone Non-reverse.
The guy is looking for £250(dunno what that is in dollars) it's in decent condition,

What's your insights, worth it or not? God I am tempted...

Well, it's a Fender in Wolf's clothing of course! :woot:

IIRC Andy (Nokturnal) has one and likes it quite a lot. I had the 5 String version at one point, it's tone was very Fender and I didn't get on with it's tight string spacing.
In the true sense it's not going to sound like a Thunderbird, that doesn't make it a bad bass tho, if fact, these seem to hold their value pretty well. A better Non Reverse was produced by BaCH a few years back, much closer to the late '60 Gibson and easily accepts the newer repro pups.

I've always wanted one. i think it's about the same price over here well maybe just a tad more. But anyway, it seems like a good bass. If it was good for nikki sixx back in the 90's it's sure good for you.

One of my bridge pins came out. What do I use to keep the pin in? Wood glue? Epoxy?

I use contact cement. It stays in, plus if i want to take it out afterwards, i just take a hammer, and an old shirt, place it on the body and lift the bridge pin with the hammer out. No chips, nada. good luck

I love this wood grain on the back of the neck. Are they all like this?

'76s are Post '88s are all like that. On my '89 even tho it's white you can easily detect it, as the wood has dried and shrank at different rates over the years.
