For an Epi Classic Pro, this Gator works really well. Just take out the little curvy thingy. Still snug, but the headstock doesn’t mash right up against the top of the case.

Gator makes quality cases at fair prices. Not cheap, but reasonably priced for what they provide. I like them.

I already plan time in Edi. And I love Skye, but won’t have time for that this trip. But Inverness is a great idea! Thanks.
The penguin parade at the Edinburgh zoo is a hoot. My ideal trip there is mostly finding pubs with music and having a few pints talking to people. Neat castle overlooking the city. Definitely do that.

Doing my usual window shopping while picking up some strings.

Not Bird related, but has anyone seen this type of Hofner? I totally dig it.

My wife and I visited the castle 2 1/2 years ago when we were there, but late in the afternoon and only got to see about 1/3 of it. First thing on the list! I'm staying very near our office, which is less than 1/2 mile walk from the castle.

I would drill it and add the fifth screw to see if that would hold it down.
I'm going to pull it off and see if it's just warped or if there's something under it (can't see anything, but hey). I'll go from there.

It might actually be a 4 hole bridge. I think Hipshot make a replacement in both the A and B style (but don't take my word for it, call them).
Yeah, it just has 4 holes, which seems bizarre. Maybe they figure the lower tension on the low string means they don't need a screw there? Anyway, if the bridge is seriously hosed, HipShot is definitely on the list to check. Thanks.

Also, love the quote on the avatar. Have to tell Jethro Tull that. :roflmao::bassist::hyper:

Looks like somebody just extended a 4 string bridge and nobody gave it much thought. Epiphone doesn’t always knock it out of the park....
Even if it’s warped, you might be able to straighten it. There’s nothing to lose by trying:D

When all else fails-and duct tape don't work-get a bigger hammer.:smug:

Good point!

Or in my case, a vise and a monkey wrench!

OK, this is the 'Rockbag' by Warwick I got from Dean Guitars. I looked for a model #-no luck. The inside measures 56" length, 15" width at top, 17"width at bottom. There are pockets at the top(inside). Here's some pix
