The borrower apparently lost it, and doesn't remember borrowing it. This is why I now- if I lend a book at all- get a photo of them holding it before they leave.

Thanks for the tip! If I ever get a book.... and friends that wanna borrow a bookThe borrower apparently lost it, and doesn't remember borrowing it. This is why I now- if I lend a book at all- get a photo of them holding it before they leave.
Opinions is what I'm looking for. 8^)
Why do you like the A style?
And when they say, "Quick load slots make string changes easy and prevent damage to your bass", what do they mean by "prevent damage"?
They make a red one Will.![]()
They're all good and fully adjustable. The A style looks the part.
The damage would possibly be the dragging of the strings across the back of the bass, causing scrapping and finish damage, when changing strings.

That's what I already tried. 8^) The metal is too stretched, and where the warp is just wanders around.
The linked bridge has only 3 holes. But there are other A style ones that may be a fit. And just to be contrary, I will posit the B style as the right choice.
Regardless, you will need accurate measurements for the screw holes and a call to Hipshot.

Yep. I was fairly gentle. I have a ballpark idea of how far I can push things. And even catastrophic failure in this case is a minor catastrophe. I figured it was worth a shot. I did not get my hopes up.The issue is that the bending is changing the crystal structure of the metal resulting in weakness and fatigue. Once the metal bends, it will never be as strong.
Gotcha on the 3 hole, but, it may work if the outer holes are far enough out.
I may have incriminated myself with an ehem there.
Totally agree on accurate measurements.![]()
Picture of Ludwig van... Does that mean you are going out with your droogs for a little moloko plus followed by the ultraviolence?
OK, this is the 'Rockbag' by Warwick I got from Dean Guitars. I looked for a model #-no luck. The inside measures 56" length, 15" width at top, 17"width at bottom. There are pockets at the top(inside). Here's some pix[ QUOTE="GonePlaid, post: 21825541, member: 292024"]The 'Rockbag' I have my 67 NR in is longer and Definitely gives the headstock better protection. I'm not home 'til tomorrow but I'll try to post pics and any info I can find on it.

Well, I found out it's called a "Dean Large Metalman Bass Guitar Gig Bag". Apparently no longer available, but ya might find one out there somewhere
In my research I have found a couple of keyboard gig bags that will work. But if this Coffin case I ordered works, I'll retire the Dean Metalman gig bagHow about a keyboard gig bag?
